Strategic mobile leasing

Keep Scanning While Everything Else Changes.

Mobile CT, MRI, and PET/CT trailers for downtime coverage, expansion, and long-term fleet programs — with equipment, service, parts, PMs, and applications support built into one monthly payment.

Mobile quotes are project-specific. Tell us modality, location, target start date, and expected duration — we return equipment options, availability, monthly/day-rate structure, and site-readiness requirements.

Two products, one program

Interim coverage or long-term mobile capacity.

Interim mobile lease

Use it when:

  • Your fixed scanner is down for replacement, install, or major service
  • Construction is delaying a new install
  • A service line needs short-term capacity

Typical term: Weeks to 12 months. Day-rate or month-rate available. [Final minimum confirmed at quote]

Long-term mobile lease

Use it when:

  • You operate a fleet across multiple sites
  • Capital budget will not support a fixed install
  • You are testing a market before a brick-and-mortar suite

Typical term: 12 months and up. All-in monthly payment: equipment, service, parts, PMs, applications support.

Modalities

Mobile imaging capacity, matched to the project.

Mobile CT trailer

Mobile CT

16-slice through premium 64-slice. GE LightSpeed VCT, BrightSpeed, Optima, Discovery, and Revolution chassis examples on certified imaging trailers.

Mobile MRI trailer

Mobile MRI

1.5T high-field. GE Signa HDxt and Optima MR450w examples on cryogenic-certified trailers with active shielding and self-shield options.

Mobile PET/CT imaging trailer

Mobile PET/CT

Discovery PET/CT 600/690/710 and Discovery IQ examples on lead-shielded trailers with PET workflow requirements scoped during planning.

What happens after you request a quote

  1. We confirm modality, location, timing, and site constraints.
  2. We match available mobile units and service coverage.
  3. We send a proposal with term, monthly/day-rate structure, site-readiness checklist, and next steps.

Use cases

Keep scans, schedules, and revenue moving.

Hospital downtime coverage

Your fixed CT is being replaced; we drop a mobile in for 60–180 days.

Outpatient expansion

Test a new modality or market before committing to capital.

Mobile imaging operators

Multi-trailer fleets on predictable monthly economics.

Specialty clinical programs

Oncology trials, lung-cancer screening, cardiac campaigns, disaster response.

Screening campaigns mammo

Women's health outreach, employer wellness, rural and underserved community campaigns.

Public health partnerships mammo

County health departments, FQHCs, and nonprofit screening initiatives.

Why MIS for mobile

Mobile imaging without becoming your own fleet maintenance company.

MIS combines asset sourcing, field service, parts risk management, and applications support into the mobile lease — not just a brokered trailer.

  1. One monthly payment — service and parts are not a separate contract.
  2. GE-trained engineers — the same team supports fixed and mobile scanners.
  3. LATAM / Caribbean reach — CEIMSA-backed project logistics when cross-border scope is confirmed.

Process

How it works.

1. Tell us the project

Modality, term, location(s), start date, expected volume.

2. We size and propose

Chassis options, trailer specs, monthly rate, term flexibility.

3. We deploy

Site survey, transport, set, calibrate, hand off keys.

4. We support

24/7 service, parts, PMs, applications, swap or return.

Capacity, on wheels.

Mobile CT, MRI, and PET/CT — interim or long-term — wrapped into one monthly payment. Equipment, service, and applications support included.

FAQ

What's the shortest term you offer?

Interim projects can be quoted by the week or month depending on availability, location, and modality. Day-rate language is finalized during quote.

Do you handle the site connection?

Yes — pad/dock prep coordination, shore power, network/PACS, shielding/radiation safety review, and MRI cryogen/quench requirements as applicable.

Is service really included?

Yes. 24/7 response, parts, and PMs are baked into the monthly. No separate service contract.

Can we change or upgrade the unit mid-term?

Often yes. We structure the program so available units and chassis options can change as your project evolves.

International deployments?

Primarily through CEIMSA across LATAM and the Caribbean. Talk to us early — international logistics may need 60–90 days lead time. [Scope confirmed at quote]

Do you provide technologists or radiologists?

We primarily provide the mobile unit, service, and applications support. If staffing is needed, tell us during quoting and we will scope options or partners.

What do we need before the trailer arrives?

Pad/dock, power, network, access, permits, safety/radiation review, and MRI zone/cryogen planning where applicable.

How fast can a mobile unit be deployed?

Availability, transport distance, and site readiness drive timing. Urgent downtime projects get priority.

Are PET/CT radiopharmaceutical workflows included?

We coordinate PET/CT requirements during site planning, including uptake room, shielding, hot lab/radiopharmacy handling, and regulatory workflow review.
